Beautiful chocolate with coffee. Chocolate beans (9%) were added to the chocolate bar (made from cocoa from the Dominican Republic – organic from öko Caribe cooperative). The coffee beans are ground with the cocoa, creating a nice smooth whole.
No coffee nibs but really the fine structure of cocoa, but with a fine espresso taste. The coffee beans used are from the Speicherstadt coffee grills from Hamburg – they use a mix of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans for their espresso. Georgia Ramon used these beans for this bar – of course after burning by these burners.
Organic Robusta beans from India with Arabica varieties from the Dominican Republic and Brazil. In a beautiful harmony with the cocoa beans (also organic) from the Dominican Republic.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter, coffee beans (9%).
