Tasting notes by the maker: rich notes of red fruit (ripe cherries ,black berry) with hints of cream and kardemom

By the way, Georgia Ramon, was crowned ‘international newcomer 2017’ by the Academy of Chocolate. The sticker on the bar says so at least. Well, that’s nice. 🙂
