A 100% cocoa chocolate from cocoa from Tanzania (Kokoa Kamili) containing pieces of cocoa nibs.
It doesn’t get any purer, and the cocoa is organic. Where other makers use the cocoa from Tanzania to make a very soft and refined creation (also with extra cocoa butter), at Georgia Ramon they go in the more powerful direction. No added cocoa butter, what we think is a slightly longer or darker roast, and of course the unground cocoa nibs. All this ensures that this chocolate has a more powerful taste. We ourselves like 100% chocolates soft and refined, but those who are looking for a chocolate with darker taste tones will have a nice chocolate here.
