Raw stone-ground chocolate from In ‘t Veld from Berlin.
Unfortunately no longer made because the maker’s workshop was burnt down – fortunately some bars at that moment found their way to the various distributors. In ‘t Veld will definitely come back, but for now these are the last bars that are available.
Very worthwhile because the maker really has his own style where the rough stone-ground character is emphasized by also keeping whole (unground) nibs in the chocolate. In addition, very tasteful.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter. 78% cocoa.
