Beautiful pure origin chocolate from bean to bar chocolate maker Mark Schimmel who makes fine chocolates of all kinds of cacao from around the world in his production room in Ermelo.

This chocolate is made from 70% cocoa (organic) from Cahábon estate in Guatemala. The chocolate is not certified organic. This is often the case – because for small chocolate makers the costs and costs of certification are higher than the benefits of a sticker. In any case, cocoa cultivated according to the biological principles – and that’s what it’s all about. We have not (yet) asked questions about how it is with the sugar.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
