We have (of course) made more chocolates with cocoa from Tanzania. That is also because it is very fine cocoa from Kokoa Kamili. In the Netherlands, for example, Mesjokke makes their fine Swingin ‘Sunrise bar out of it. A lot of ‘swinging’ chocolate is also made abroad. And in Ermelo, Mark Schimmel knows how to work with it.
If you want to have a chocolate tasting, you just have to buy a few chocolates from Krak and taste it together. The same cocoa percentage, but so different. Then you understand at once what makes it so beautiful for us. Order a few different Tanzania bars and you can also compare the makers nicely. And so your ‘journey in chocolate’ starts, and you sweat less but enjoy more.
