Krak – Juniper milk chocolate

Description

Dark milk chocolate (55%) from St Vincent cocoa with juniper – a truly delicious combination in our opinion.

The cocoa from St Vincent & de Grenadines already has a powerful taste with a good sour lemon / lime taste, the addition of milk makes the whole thing softer and the addition of a nice amount of juniper gives the characteristic intense full flavor of juniper. Spicy, a bit like resin, slightly bitter, somewhere sweet too.

This makes it not only suitable for gin, gin & aquavit, but certainly also for this chocolate. And nice to see how this specific cocoa, in these specific proportions, combines so beautifully with juniper. Both powerful in taste, everything is good to taste, but there is also a nice balance.

You can also taste the cocoa from St Vincent separately in the 70% dark chocolate that Krak makes with it.
