“The newest addition to the Nano_Lot chocolate family, I have to mention that I test a lot of new cocoa samples every year and almost 90% of them are rejected, simply because they do not pass our strict quality test protocol. The bar was also examined and I must honestly say that in the beginning I was skeptical. My biggest concern was that the cocoa does not come from one cocoa estate and also about the genes of the cocoa was ambiguity The only factor that was decisive was that the cocoa came from people who can be fully trusted in combination with the magical and unrivaled taste profile of this cocoa. ”
