A chocolate from Fossa specially made for the holidays, and we are so happy to be able to offer it.
Fossa makes the most special chocolates in Singapore, we think so, but fortunately other enthusiasts around the world too. From their excellent (pure) origin chocolates to the taste bars with all kinds of really special tea to – well, a lot, and really – top.
We are grateful to be able to work with a German colleague to ensure that these very special chocolates are available here. In any case, we only sell chocolates that we support, but of course we also sometimes have that we like one bar a bit better than the other and at Fossa we often look with even more expectation whether the delivery person is already at the door. to taste something new again. Normally we wouldn’t be able to offer so many different chocolates for a maker from that far, but at Fossa we can’t hold back and we just order what we can get and even more than that, so we also have a ‘festive special’ like this one. bar – they also like it in Singapore that in that distant Netherlands a few small chocolate lovers respond enthusiastically every time, we think 🙂
Anyway, so also this holiday bar. Dark chocolate with cocoa from Rehoboth Estate (Philippines) and to make a real wintery party steak ana filled with a cinnamon shortbread crumble with some orange oil and ground roasted caramelized pecan.
Ingredients: Cocoa, cane sugar, pecan nut, cocoa butter, wheat flour, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, orange oil, sea salt, baking powder
