Entirely made in Uganda by Latitude. They work directly with the cocoa farmers, ferment the cocoa and make it into chocolate in Kampala. Beautiful, really honest, and above all, tasty!
Flavor description from the makers: cocoa butter meets caramelized milk meets the rich taste of roasted sugar.
The taste is really nice in our opinion. It starts when you smell it, very pleasant – then there is a special mouthfeel when melting in which the milk really plays a role and together with the cocoa butter and sugar you slightly enchant you. And then the caramel aftertaste, if you don’t bite through too quickly, lingers for a long time.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, cane sugar, whole milk powder.
