Pacari Pure Orange

There is a lot of fun about Pacari, the beautiful cocoa they use, making the chocolate from cocoa entirely in Ecuador, also from Ecuador. The fine Arriba Nacional cocoa that grows and is used there. And in addition to the pure origin chocolates, certainly also a number of nice chocolates with flavors. In this case with organic orange essence. So no slices of orange, but an oil is extracted from organic orange that has the orange flavor in it enormously concentrated. Completely natural, but very concentrated. As a result, very little is needed (in this case 0.15%) to properly taste the orange flavor in the chocolate. And that is certainly the case in this case, the orange flavor comes out well and the combination of chocolate with orange is of course also a bit of a classic.
