A chocolate that makes us happy!
Raaka teamed up with the New York Botanical Garden (neighbours of the chocolate makers) for this chocolate and together they made this chocolate with jasmine & mint. The basis is a 68% dark chocolate of unroasted cocoa from Uganda. The subtle mint flavor and floralness of the jasmine merge into a beautiful whole – a chocolate that knows how to move us.
At Raaka they are very good at chocolate with flavors and that is certainly also because they know excellently how to express the flavors in the chocolate. For this chocolate, the mint & jasmine is soaked in cocoa butter. Cocoa butter is fairly well known for absorbing flavors very well – and that’s a nice way to get the flavor into the chocolate – in addition to not having chunks, and automatically having a nice distribution throughout the bar. In short: well done, as far as we are concerned.

Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, jasmine, mint.
68% cocoa (unroasted). The cocoa is from Semuliki Forest, Uganda.
Vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free.
Content 50 grams.
