A ‘white’ chocolate but pink – thanks to Pitaja (dragon fruit). It also contains coconut & cassava, and of course cocoa butter and sugar – for a special vegan treat, which is very pink.
The color is pink, the coconut can definitely be tasted – it is definitely different from usual – there will be fans and quite a few people who will say ‘mwah…..’ but we thought it was a very special creation and fun to to offer.
Raaka herself calls it a ‘magic pink chocolate’. We ourselves think that it is a chocolate that will divide opinions – but that Raaka delivers another vegan white chocolate that eventually turns out to be a beautiful pink (as before also a blue chocolate ‘Blue Magic’ with only natural color) that is in itself a performance. In any case, show that chemical coloring agents and treatments are not necessary, but that the most beautiful colors can already be found in nature.
Particularly suitable for:
If you’re not scared of ‘unusual’ flavors
Extra adventurous chocolate tasters
Vegan white chocolate lovers with additives
Fans of Raaka who roughly know how they work, and also know their earlier ‘blue magic’ chocolate, for example
If the coconut flavor & the tasteable structure of the cassava flour don’t scare you
The chocolate is unroasted. The cocoa comes from San Martin, Peru – and as always, Raaka is very open about where the cocoa comes from and what they pay for it.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, cane sugar, coconut milk, cassava flour, pitaya powder, sunflower lecithin.
