Zotter – GeNoten – Vegan milk chocolate with Pecan

In the ‘Genuss’ series, which we call ‘geNoten’ or just ‘whole nuts’. Anyway, Zotter has a series of whole nut chocolates. Of course there are quite a few chocolates with nuts, for example gianduja chocolates with ground nuts. But a whole series of vegan chocolates with nuts – we had that, we didn’t have much chocolate with that yet.

It contains no less than 32% pecans. So you taste it excellent. And then in a rice milk chocolate. Without ‘real’ milk, and suitable for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant. We think it is very commendable that Zotter makes such a chocolate with not a little nuts but a lot of it, so you really taste it fine. And of course especially excellent if you prefer not to have cow’s milk – the rice milk is then a nice substitute with a characteristic but not unpleasant taste – you just should not compare this chocolate with a ‘normal’ milk chocolate with nuts – it really is a different taste. . But nice and creamy, quite sweet, and with a great nutty flavor.

Ingredients: pecans (32%), cane sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, rice drink powder, soy lecithin, salt, vanilla, chili.

At least 50% cocoa. Allergy note: contains nuts, soy. may contain traces of peanuts, milk and sesame.

Also contains a tad bit of vanilla and chili, but you probably won’t even taste the chili and the vanilla in the distance might.

Content 70 grams. Organic, fair, vegan.
