Ocelot Chocolate
Ocelot makes her bars – with taste – from cocoa nibs and couverture from Original Beans.
They choose the additions with care (and love). From dark chocolate with cherries or blood orange to milk chocolate with buckwheat or violets.
Ish & Matt started their chocolate business in Scotland in 2013. Although they indicate that they want to focus more on bean to bar chocolate making, what they do now is not wrong at all. They use chocolate and nibs from Original Beans and make beautiful chocolates from which their own contribution consists of combining with beautiful flavors. The whole is finished with beautiful packaging – not only beautiful, but also durable thanks to FSC paper outer packaging and compostable inner packaging.
