Fine, soft milk chocolate from Pralus with lots of enthusiasts. The characteristic soft structure together with the sweetness and beautiful balance with notes of honey and caramel. Logical that this chocolate is one of the most popular in the Pralus range.

Maybe also because secretly of course quite a lot of milk chocolate lovers walk around the world. If only because it is what we are used to. We know it, from the supermarkets and from our youth, and a bar like this often brings out great memories with its sweetness.

As Chocolate Buyers we often prefer a tinge of purity, and we also like milk chocolate with even less sweetness and more cocoa. But …. this bar may be there. And if you’re used to the bars from the supermarket you probably do not like it at all.

Moreover, the cocoa comes entirely from the own cocoa plantation in Madagascar of Pralus itself. That is also a nice extra side effect that adds many plus points. An honorable price for the people who grow the cocoa, direct trade or in this case even the cocoa plantation of the maker.

Taste description of the maker: sweet, balanced, tones of honey and caramel.
