Description
Another beautiful limited of Pump Street Bakery. Extra special cocoa that they do not have in the assortment as standard. Or extra special special fabrics such as the white bread chocolate (also highly recommended!)
In this case a nice dark milk chocolate – with 64% cocoa from Guatemala and then some milk. We may find ourselves more suitable than the dark chocolate, which is quite intense. The milk of course makes it all a bit creamier, more accessible. Anyway, judge yourself.
Description of the makers: Made with cocoa grown by farmers who live around the Laguna Lachuá Reserve, a national park around the Lachuá lake in Guatemala. Begins with a scent of butterscotch – and this milk chocolate then brings the taste of cream and notes of biscuit, cherry and almond as in a Bakewell pastry.
