Special chocolate from Pump Street Bakery made from cocoa grown on one of the Solomon Islands (Oceania), namely at Tenaru on the island of Guadalcanal – specifically on the cocoa farm of David Natei.
Read a nice piece of background here. “Bridging the gap in the world of cocoa”
Fine yet accessible chocolate.
The makers write about it: “Made with the first cocoa beans we brought from Oceania, with traces of lime and citrus that come to the fore over a warm deep chocolate base flavor to finish in a finish that does the taste of banana to think”.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Allergy note of the makers: made in a bakery where milk, gluten and nuts are processed.
