Sourdough and sea salt have been added to this 66% cocoa chocolate. Nice crackling flavor combination.
The cocoa comes from Ecuador from the Hacienda Limon.
The taste of the chocolate
The description of the packaging: A unique combination of our two characteristic products: pure chocolate and sourdough. Our sourdough crumbs and a pinch of sea salt add a crunch and a malty taste to Ecuadorian cocoa.
Our notes at first tasting: Knisper, salt in pieces so sometimes a bit to our taste for salt. Good combination.
The cocoa used: Ecuador
The cocoa for this bar comes from Ecuador from the ‘Hacienda Limon’ in the province of Los Rios. From the 2015 harvest.
