Description
In the Chiapas district in southern Mexico, where the conditions are ideal for growing cocoa, Soconusco is home to the best criollo beans. That’s what the makers from Budapest say.
Taste note from the makers: In addition to the characteristic creamy aroma, malt and red berries are noticeable.
We are enjoying a good taste at the moment, and at least we also think of noticeable grassy tones. The malty is also very recognizable, although you can also taste other grains & licorice with a bit of good will. It’s great how you can keep tasting and have other associations. Also depending on the moment of the day you taste. We now taste in the afternoon, but will certainly also taste it again in the morning and evening in the coming period. We also heartily recommend that.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Allergy note: may contain traces of nuts and milk.
