Description
Rózsavölgyi Peru Nacional, 71% cocoa.
Description of the maker:
A special discovery of two American travelers in the Marañon valley in Peru at the end of 2007. They found the famous Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional cocoa bean that had been thought to have been extinct since the early 1900s. Due to its high criollo content, the chocolate has nutty notes, in addition to the fruity and floral aromas. The bar must be processed very carefully to preserve its refined character.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter.
Allergy note of the maker: made in a factory where nuts, oats and milk powder are also processed
