Description
Hooray, after the Tanzania Mababu, the Hungarian makers of Rózsavölgyi make a second creation with cocoa from Tanzania.
Just great to be able to taste them side by side, but also separately – the makers are chocolate wizards – a chocolate that stands out.
The makers also say: The Kyela region – also known as the ‘bread basket of Tanzania’ is the place of the small village of Kysyosio where the Tujicomboe cocoa producing group of about 30 families works. The name means “be strong” in Swahili. The region is surrounded by Lake Malawi in the south and the Livingstone mountains in the East with many rivers and streams that guarantee an optimal climate and enough irrigation for Tanzania’s best cocoa.
Taste note from the makers: aromas of banana and beer can be tasted in this chocolate.
When we tasted it ourselves, we thought of olive and in the distance also lavender. Then definitely a transition to the banana flavor tones.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Allergy note of the makers: May contain traces of nuts, oats and milk

Anneke –
