In this case a white chocolate with coffee – good coffee, of course. And – like everything from Solkiki – without milk and therefore vegan.
The ingredients list is simple enough: cocoa butter, cane sugar and coffee.
Because we do not taste many white chocoldes ourselves, it is a good sweet bar for our own taste as Chocolate Sellers. The coffee will certainly come through well, so will the sugar. We think strongly of the taste of an iced coffee, also thanks to the sweetness. Creamy, sweet, coffee. And that in a chocolate bar, a great achievement. And nice to try for (ice) coffee lovers, vegans who want white chocolate and anyone who wants to try an intergalatic chocolate time-travel adventure into the future.

“We were approached by the Solkiki team from the future year 2073, and we got the information that chocolate will be different in the future. The use of dairy as an ingredient for chocolate has been completely phased out and direct alternatives to dairy are no longer as popular Instead, people choose sustainable foods that don’t need as many resources (like water) to grow, but great taste is still preferred. You don’t have to compromise on taste. They blasted us back this recipe, that is now available to customers in the present!

This bar contains an incredible cocoa butter from Peru. We use natural cocoa butter, which means it has not been deodorized. So it brings its own flavors and complexity to the bar – pay special attention to the aftertaste, because the melting is almost done … the butter makes an unbeatable base line. It really is an excellent cocoa butter, in testing it beat every blind cocoa butter taste test we passed over the course of several months.
The coffee we used won 3 gold stars at Great Taste 2019 and we are delighted to be able to use it in this chocolate bar. use it to move forward. This is a bar for those who like an intense coffee taste with complex flavor notes. think of peach, vanilla and champagne. Plus the light floral and fruity notes of the cocoa butter that fade towards the end, rounding off the coffee flavors and bringing it all together in a harmonious chocolate symphony. ”
