White chocolate with salted peanuts – vegan. Sweet, salty and peanut … and vanilla. A combination for those who can be a bit sweeter, and of course if you are not afraid of peanuts in your chocolate.

For Chocoladeverkoper Paul, this is a pretty horrible bar, but perhaps that is also because he has an aversion to peanut butter from an early age. Sweet chocolates with salt are not his favorite combination anyway. For others this will be a delicious piece of food, but we are always happy to give our own opinion.

Solkiki says about the bar: the cold-pressed cocoa butter that forms the basis of Solkiki’s white chocolate is as raw as it gets. Therefore very beneficial for the heart, the brain, the bones and even the skin. And as a bonus it gives a sublime light citrus-like chocolate flavor and an unsurpassed mouthfeel

(Again our own opinion …. As Chocoladeverkopers, we have little to do with health claims about chocolate. That chocolate is or would be healthy is not important to us, we go for taste)

The dry roasted peanuts, the floral aromas of the vanilla from Tahiti, a pinch of salt and all that stone grains with our own white chocolate form a soft, creamy and delicious peanut-like white chocolate.

Taste note from the maker: salty peanut, floral vanilla.

Ingredients: cocoa butter, cane sugar, soy (GMO free), peanut, pink salt, whole vanilla pods.

Contains peanut and soy. May contain traces of gluten.
