A white chocolate (so cocoa butter and no cocoa mass), but with a lot of plums. Supplemented with sugar, black sugar & spices.
They also say: “Plums are the most popular and versatile stone fruit. Red plums have a nice balance of jammy sweet and sharp. The addition of a little warming herb makes the plums sing.
Black sugar is made from Okinawa by slowly boiling sugar cane in kettles into a rich, dark crumbly texture. The sugar is slightly savory with layers of malt, caramel, sweet molasses and licorice. A perfect addition to the seasoned plum. ”
