Description
Stoneground and then very little processed so that the chocolate has a rather rough and almost sandy structure. You have to love it – but it’s fun to try again, because in fact all chocolate makers are grinding the chocolate a bit further and are striving for a finer structure. With that: really something special.
Thanks to the processing, the taste is rough, unpolished – the sugar is also slightly more pronounced, so that this bar is not really bitter for a high percentage of cocoa.
