White chocolate with 36% cocoa, 34% milk powder – and it is not mentioned but the calculation is made quickly: 30% cane sugar.
Now in these proportions at most (supermarket) chocolates a lot (vanilla flavor) must be added to the taste a bit to boost – Willie’s Cacao certainly does not. Just use good cocoa and you’ve come a long way.
Of course, it is suitable for those who like to have something sweeter. Milk is already quite sweet, in the sugar as well, and the cocoa butter does not put any bitter or sour at all. A creamy sweet overwhelming experience is what you love. But that too can be really tasty. As chocolate vendors you can only wake us up for a (really good) dark chocolate at night, but of course we also tasted this white chocolate bar and we do not think it’s crazy at all.
