A milk chocolate with 44% cocoa. The cocoa comes from Hacienda San Augustin from the region Rio Caribe in Venezuela, the cocoa butter from Barlovento, cane sugar from Guadeloupe and organic milk from England.
Cane sugar, cocoa mass 25%, milk powder 21%, cocoa butter 19%. The amount of sugar in such a milk chocolate is often not mentioned – but of course it is easy to calculate for yourself.
