Description
From the series chocolates of Willie’s Cacao without added sugar. This bar contains almonds & orange instead of loose sugar. There is a total of 1.4 grams of sugar in it, but not added separately and so to say ‘sugar free’.
Willie’s move ‘100%’ on the bar, but then it is not 100% cocoa, but Willie’s calls it ‘100% natural’. Now sugar is not really unnatural to mention, but good – there are of course quite a few people who prefer not to have added sugar. And then this is a nice bar, just like the other two chocolates in this series without sugar and with other additives.
Ingredients: cocoa, almond (29%), essential oil of orange (0.2%)
So contains about 70% cocoa.
Nutritional value per 100 grams: 1.4 grams of sugar (from the cocoa / nuts), energy 603 kcal. fat 49.5 grams, of which 18.8 saturated. 13.6 grams of carbohydrates. 19.9 grams of protein, salt under 0.1 grams (nothing added)
