An interesting bar where no sugar has been added. Naturally, sugar is naturally present in cocoa, and pistachio & dadel have also been added. For taste, and of course … those also contain sugar.
Willie’s cocoa calls it a ‘100%’ bar on the bar, but in the sense of ‘100% natural’. On the back is also called ‘100% cocoa mass’. But the cocoa percentage is about 65%. The rest is almond and date.
We would like to be clear about this. We ourselves do not have much sugar, but for people who prefer other sweeteners, such as the added dates and pistachio this is a beautiful chocolate. No added loose sugar, sugar-containing extras.
