They say further: A single origin chocolate with fruity notes, made with fine flavor cocoa from Para, where Julia Zotter spent a whole summer with a family of cocoa farmers. She worked with them and learned everything there is to learn about growing cocoa. She worked from the morning until the late evening in the middle of the rainforest, to learn the perfect fermentation methods that bring out the entire taste spectrum of the cocoa.
Notes from the maker: sweet notes of Christmas with gingerbread and domino, dried fruit (cherry, plum, apricot, papaya)
Tasting note of the maker: sweet and mild, caramelised almond, subtle floral notes and hints of toffee and cream (floral marzipan), fruity end with notes of Christmas, redcurrant and citrus.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
