That they do not shy away from the experiment at the Austrian bean to bar chocolate makers of Zotter that most chocolate lovers already know.
Their filled “Handscooped” chocolates have the craziest (and usually beating) additions. From tequila to peanut butter with banana. In addition to their fine and accessible origin chocolates in milk & pure. Everything organic and fair of course.
At Craft Akt they let go even more. And they bring the experiment to your home. Chocolates from special cocoa. Chocolates that are a little less conceived and made more playful. Chocolates that come out slightly different every time. Chocolates in small machines, in small quantities. It doesn’t have to go through the large production line, there is more possible. And that also means: doing more with less. Because compare it with the “regular” Zotter chocolates and you will see that the ingredient list has only become shorter.
Not even available for resale, but luckily we were allowed to offer some. This specimen is made from 75% cocoa from Tanzania. The first time that Zotter works with cocoa from this country.
“This is an experiment from Tanzania. More specifically, the cocoa beans for this dark chocolate come from the small cocoa garden of Mr. Meliksidek Mazani and his family. Usually the beans are mixed with cocoa from adjacent gardens, otherwise you will never get a decent amount for the sale because the gardens are so small. Fortunately, with our CraftAkt line it is possible to process only one bag of cocoa, which happened here too. This is the first single cocoa we got from Tanzania! “
