Description
Zotter 62% dark cocoa chocolate from the Dominican Republic.
As always with Zotter certified organic and fair trade.
As far as we are concerned, it is logical for dark chocolate, in supermarket chocolate sadly it isn’t, so Zotter notes: this chocolate is vegan.
Zotter says:
“Hand-picked cocoa from Yacao in the Dominican Republic. Only the best beans are selected for these dark chocolates. The cocoa farmers are very proud of this cocoa. We did them a favor and added a little more sugar to this 62% dark chocolate , exactly as they like it in Latin America “
Ingredients
62% cocoa from the Dominican Republic, cane sugar, cocoa butter, salt. Organic and fair trade. Conching time: 16 hours.
Allergy note: may contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soy.
