Yum. A filled milk chocolate from Zotter with Yuzu citrus ganache (60%)
The filling contains yuzu juice, and that is tasteful stuff!
The yuzu comes from Japan and is actually a kind of cross between mandarin and lime. And of course … Zotter has probably seen this fruit elsewhere in trendy restaurants or other places. Because that’s how it goes.
The taste is nice if you like citrus, and it certainly adds something. A bit warmer in taste than lemon and such, we would say. With a fresh fruity taste. As Zotter puts it: taste the summer sun.
Ingredients: cane sugar. cocoa butter, cocoa mass, yuzu juice, whole milk powder, rice syrup, skimmed milk powder, sweet whey powder, cane sugar, vanilla powder, soy lecithin, salt, cinnamon.
Organic, fairly traded, bean to bar. 50% cocoa.
Allergy note: contains milk. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, egg and sesame.
