If you think about Zotter, you have to think about innovation. We at least. The most amazing flavors for their filled chocolate bars and then the ‘ordinary’ chocolate that repeatedly come from other distant places, and then often accompanied by the text ‘the first organic & fair trade cocoa from this area’. Nice though. Zotter is not our favorite maker, and we also do not know much about the company, but that they are fully committed to innovation & bars that are certified bio & fairtrade is one thing that is certain.
