Ofcourse there are a lot of spices, and when precisely matched they can be very delicious, usually in dark chocolate.

As you hopefully know, chocolate from Madagascar tastes very different from chocolate from Peru – many of the makers choose the chocolate & additives exactly together. Others use a blend of different origins for the bars with extra spice.
